Partly in an attempt to justify at least part of my time in university, but mostly because Chris suggested it, we're trying to revive this site. So I'm doing what I can to pull this old dog into the present landscape of fancy Web two-point-oh websites, while keeping our own distinct style and voice. But I can only do so much by myself. I can (and will!) get our old archives into this shiny new website, eventually. And I can make a (hopefully passable) custom theme to distinguish ourselves. But all this is moot without some content, which leads into my next paragraph...
I've got a couple of things I'd like to post, and one weekly "feature". But I'm using that term in the loosest way imaginable, so it certainly won't be enough. If you're interested in contributing, especially if have in the past, let me know! I can reserve your old username (or a new one if you prefer) even if you don't have anything to post yet. And this doesn't just apply to former writers for the old Bulldog, but also old-school PHKlifers and really anyone who can string together a few words (semi-)coherently.
Now, at this point many of you may be wondering what type of content is acceptable. And the short answer is pretty much anything. Commentary on existing news articles, reviews of movies/music/books/restaurants/games/bars/anything else worth giving a rating out of some arbitrary scale, editorials and rants about what's bugging you that day, top ten lists, polls, blogs, vlogs, clogs or whatever else you can come up with. Even "The Firepit" will be returning as an actual general-discussion forum.
And how do you get started? Well, the best bet is to use the contact info listed on this very site: http://rabidbulldog.tk/contact . Or send a tweet over to @TheRabidBulldog. And the same methods can be used to send questions or comments about the site you may or may not have.
Anyway, thanks for stopping by and hopefully this isn't the last time you visit.
